Ordered a katana online and it never showed up
For months I kept getting emails saying it was almost ready, waiting on shipment, still being made, stuff like that. Eventually I realized it was never coming. I tried to cancel the order but they just kept telling me to wait and wait. Then they stopped responding completely.
