Facebook ad for a katana that never showed up
After I paid, I started getting these automated emails begging me not to do a chargeback or leave a bad review. I emailed them to cancel and ask where my order was, but all I got back was more of the same automated stuff about not canceling.
I’ve been going back and forth with my credit card company trying to get my money back. $264.96 gone for nothing. The email they use is [email protected] and the site was on shopify.com. I just want my money back.
