Ordered clothes but nobody will answer about a return
Their site says to email them to start a refund. I've emailed them more than once and also messaged them on Instagram. Still nothing back. I'm out $217 and just want to return what I bought.
Ordered dresses but return policy was not what it seemed
Once I got the dresses and they didn't fit, I found out the only way to get a full refund is to send them back to China on my own dime. The other option they gave me was to just keep the dresses and get 50% of my money back. That's not a real return policy. If they had been upfront about this before I ordered, I never would have bought from them in the first place. I lost about $160 on this.
Outfit for wedding was poor quality and no refund offered
When I tried to return it, they first offered me 10% of what I paid and said I could keep the item. I said no to that so they came back with 20%. I told them that their own return policy says they refund the purchase price minus return shipping.
After that they just stopped answering me. I sent them a message saying I was going to report them to my credit card company for an investigation and also to Ecautious.com which is what I'm doing now. I spent 69 dollars on this and got nothing but a cheap outfit I can't even wear.
