Website says returns allowed but they won't take mine back
When I contacted them about sending it back they said no, they wouldn't accept returns. Instead they offered me a discount on another purchase. That doesn't help me. There's nothing on their site saying no returns or final sale or anything like that. I just want my money back for a product I didn't want to keep.
