Ordered from kateandwendy.com and got a fake product
I emailed them at [email protected] asking for a refund and here is what they sent back to me. Their response basically sums up the whole fraud right there. They won't give me my money back.
Website selling clothes that look nothing like the pictures
I tried to get a refund or even just return it, but they won't offer a refund for return. They won't even entertain a return at all. I spent $50 on this and got something completely different from what I ordered.
Website says email to cancel but then says it's too late
I got an email back saying it was too late to cancel. That was literally right after I placed the order. It made no sense.
The site says the company is in Charleston, USA but the address is fake. There's no phone number anywhere either. When I went looking for a number to call, I found other complaints online saying this is a fraudulent company. So I'm stuck out $50 with no way to reach anyone.
Website pretending to be a Charleston boutique
The pictures on the site look like fake AI images. They mislead you into buying stuff that turns out to be garbage. I spent $102.86 on this.
When I tried to return everything, they wouldn't follow their own refund policy. I don't think this is a real US company at all. Seems like a fake Chinese operation pretending to be a boutique.
Fake Parke sweatshirt and they won't give a full refund
I tried to get my money back because their policy says refunds within 30 days. They would only give me a partial refund or store credit, which isn't what I paid for. I spent $69 on this and it's just frustrating. They won't make it right.
Overalls looked nothing like the picture on their site
I tried to send them back because their site says 30 day money back guarantee. But when I contacted them through [email protected], they told me it was a final sale item. That was not stated anywhere when I bought it. Then they said the best they could do was give me 30% back or 100% store credit. No return allowed after item didn't fit
When it finally came, the item didn't fit. I asked for a return authorization and they said no. They only wanted to give me store credit which I didn't want. Now they won't even answer my emails. Ordered clothes but got cheap item from Jamaica
I tried to send it back for a refund because their website says they guarantee returns. But they won't let me return it. They just offered me 10 percent back. That's nothing. I didn't lose a ton of money but it's the principle. The address on the site says Charleston SC but the package came from Jamaica. Doesn't make sense to me. I emailed them at [email protected] and that's all they would do.

When I contacted them about sending it back they said no, they wouldn't accept returns. Instead they offered me a discount on another purchase. That doesn't help me. There's nothing on their site saying no returns or final sale or anything like that. I just want my money back for a product I didn't want to keep.
