Email about McAfee renewal for a name I don't know

I got this email and it's attached. The thing is, I don't have any McAfee services at all, so there's no way I have an auto-renewal set up with them.

It also mentions some guy named Shawn Murphy. I have no idea who that is. Never heard of that name in my life. The email came from [email protected] and the phone number listed is (865) 283-5306.

Just wanted to report this. It didn't make any sense to me.
