Someone called saying my loan was approved
She started talking about numbers like $45,000 at around 6.49% and said the payment would be about $757 a month. She also said the final rate and term would depend on lender review. Then she said we don't have to stay at $45,000 and could compare different amounts.
The whole thing felt off. She was giving me loan details without me even asking for anything. I didn't call back.
