Ordered from Etsy shop, return policy not honored

I ordered something from this shop on Etsy, kaytiie.crotchet, because they had a return policy listed. When I got the product it was just not good quality, inferior honestly. So I emailed them asking for a return label like their policy says. They said no, they wouldn't take it back and no refund. Instead they offered me a 20% coupon for my next purchase with them. Like I want to buy more after this?

I kept emailing them back and forth. After a bunch of emails they finally gave me a $10.59 credit on my card. But I'm still stuck with this product I don't want and can't use. They just would not honor what their site said about returns.

Also, since buying from them I've had attempts to open new credit cards in my name. I can't prove it's from this site but it's suspicious timing. Total I lost about $40 on this. Their support email was [email protected].
