Repeated calls about a Florida medical bill I don't owe

Keller & Redmond Asset Recovery LLC has been calling me multiple times a day. Today I finally picked up because I was tired of the calls. A man named William Smith threatened that they're taking me to court over a medical bill from 2012 in Florida for over $4000, but then said he could bring it down to $2500. I don't live in Florida and I've never been to a hospital there.

I asked what court and who the attorney was, and William Smith told me no one has been assigned to the case yet since I just answered the call today. He said I would get a court summons. None of this shows up on my credit anywhere and there's no outstanding medical bill on my record.

They sent me a copy of the bill to set up payment plans, and the email came from [email protected]. William Smith's number is 832-678-7189 but the calls came from 804-453-2892. When I looked that number up it's listed as a Judy Cortes who lives in Massachusetts.
