Ordered from Kelloway and never got anything

I ordered products from Kelloway online on August 27, 2026 and never received them. I contacted them at least seven times when the products hadn't arrived and was told it was in transit. After a few weeks I asked to cancel. They never cancelled and I never received the merchandise. I think it was actually coming from China.

At one point they told me it was in Chicago and another time that it was in Denver. As of October 2, 2026 it has still not arrived and they have not credited my visa. I have disputed it with my visa bank. It is definitely best NOT to do business with this company.
