Ordered shoes for my mother and got charged extra shipping

I found orthopedic shoes for my mother at Olive & Evy for $29.95. There was also a "secure shipping" charge of $9.95 that I did not want and did not ask for.

The phone number I was given was (631) 994-1095 and the website is KELVOSHOP.com. The address just says CA, USA. I lost $29.95 total.

I just wanted the shoes for my mother, not all this extra stuff.
