Ordered something and they charged my card extra without asking
I've been trying to get them to refund it. They said via email they would process the refund but it's been over three weeks now and nothing. I've emailed them a few more times and still no refund.

Fraud charge on my card from a website I never used
The address they have is in CA, USA but that doesn’t mean anything I guess. I didn’t get any email or package. Just the charge showed up. This is identity theft as far as I’m concerned because someone used my card info.
Charged my card 9.99 for nothing from a website I never used
It just showed up on my statement. I didnt order anything or sign up for anything. So they just took my money for nothing.

Ballet flats purchase led to multiple fake charges on my card
Since then I have been getting attempted charges on my credit card for different amounts. They come under names like JOMHOME, KELVO, LOVA CLOTHES, SEREYSHOPCOM, and KELVOSHOPSCOM. My card got replaced so each one was denied. But it is really annoying they keep trying to put charges through anyway. I didn't lose any money but this has been going on for a while now.
