Ordered size 11 shoes and got size 42 instead

I ordered orthopedic leather shoes from Kennedy Alfred in a size 11. What showed up was a size 42 European and they were pleather, not leather at all. Way smaller than any size 11 I've ever worn.

I contacted support about it. They told me I could get a 15% return fee, or it would cost me 40 to 50 dollars to ship them back to China on top of what I already paid with customs fees. Then they said maybe I could get a full refund or I could pay 29.99 to buy another pair of shoes.

They got me.

Shoes from Kennedy Alfred did not match what was advertised

I ordered 2 pairs of Valetta Orthopedic Leather Loafers from the Kennedy Alfred website. What I got did not match the description at all. No brand markings on them, nothing like what was shown in the ad. They were supposed to be leather but they are cheap plastic. The size was wrong too, didn't match the size guide.

I didn't even know they were shipping from China. When I tried to return them, they won't honor their own return policy. They refuse to pay for the international return shipping. So now I'm stuck with shoes I can't use and I'm out $101.48.
