Job offer that turned out to be a fake check scam

They called me saying I applied through Indeed and they hired me for this shipping job. The guy said his name was Kenneth Ellis and he emailed me from bullcityfreight-shipping.com. I was so desperate for a job I didn't think to question it.

They had me ship out packages for them which I did. Then they tried to have me print out a check. That's when something felt off but I still went along with it because I really needed the money. I ended up losing $100 in all of this.

I should've seen the red flags from the start. They kept calling from 1(971) 402-9642 and the address they gave was in Amity, OR. Don't fall for this like I did.
