Website showed a Ted Baker dress but sent something cheap

I ordered a dress from kensleystitch.com because they had a picture of this really nice Ted Baker Factory dress. I paid $190. The dress that showed up is totally different. Cheap material, different color, not even close to looking like what they had on the site.

I've tried reaching out to them a few times now and no response at all. I have screenshots of the website and photos of the dress they actually sent but I can't figure out how to upload them here. Is there another way I can get these to someone?
