Water shoes from Kestrel & Co never showed up on time

I ordered white athletic water shoes from Kestrel & Co back on or before 8/09/2026. They never came by the delivery date. I emailed customer service a handful of times since there was no phone number to call. They finally replied saying the shoes were delivered on 9/1/26. I had been checking my mail and front porch every day because I needed them for a trip on 9/4/26.

Then on September 14th I got some different water shoes in the mail from Cherry, 764 N Graham Dr, Greenwood IN 46143. Not the ones I ordered at all. I paid $58.85 for these.
