Stroller order showed delivered but went to wrong house
When I looked at the tracking info and the delivery photo, it was clearly a different house. I called the shipper but they couldn't help me at all because the seller put the wrong name, wrong address, and even the wrong phone number on the package. The only thing right was my city. I looked closer at the photo and the item in it isn't even the right size. The weight on the shipping label is off too.
I've been trying to get the seller to call me back or answer my emails but they won't respond. I already filed a dispute with my bank. I'm out $573.30 for this.
