Ordered flowers for my mom and got charged twice

I ordered flowers for my mother who lives in another state. Never got a confirmation email after I placed the order. So the next day I called them to ask about it and get a delivery ETA. That's when they told me they couldn't fulfill the order and that I had already been refunded. They said they sent me an email about it but I never got that either.

While I was on the phone with the customer service guy I asked him to send me a confirmation of the cancellation and refund right then. He did send something but said it would take 5-10 business days to show up in my account. The initial refund did go through but then a full week later they charged me the exact same amount again. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank over it.
