Shampoo had congealed bits and they said no refunds

I bought the shampoo and conditioner bundle from them. When it finally came I tried using the shampoo and it had these congealed bits in it. Like chunks or something. The website says there’s a 90 satisfaction guarantee so I called the number on there.

The person I talked to told me the bundle is non-refundable and non-returnable. They said only the serums have a guarantee. So I’m stuck with this shampoo that has chunks in it and they won’t do anything. I spent $80.25 on it.
