Phone call saying urgent message for immediate attention

Got a call from someone named Kim Manning. It was a recorded message saying it was urgent and I needed to call back right away. She left a case number and a different number to call, 866-804-6907.

The message just said "please be advised" and then it ended. No company name, no real explanation of what it was about.

I didn't call back. It felt like a phishing thing.
