Someone pretending to be Kinetic gave me a fake number to call

I called Kinetic to report our internet was down. The guy on the phone told me we would have to get a different provider so I told him I would talk to the owner and he would call back. The scammer gave me the number 1 877 358 9367 ext 2010 to call him back.

I called the home owner and told him the situation. He didn't get a chance to call but in the mean time the internet came back on. I got the original phone number from google! So I did a scam search because it seemed so peculiar and found this report on this site.
