Paid for 5 items but only got 2 in a small mailer

I ordered 5 items online from Kirby Vacuum Supply and paid $94.97. They mailed the 2 least expensive items in a 9x12 white plastic mailer. Then they claimed all my items had been delivered. When I asked them about it, they wanted a photo of the package. I sent a photo of that 9x12 plastic mailer. The other 3 items were way too big to fit in something that small.

I emailed them 4 times asking them to send the missing items or send me a check for $94.97. They keep saying everything was sent. I finally found a phone number online and called it, but it just went to voicemail.

I looked online and there are a lot of other people who had similar problems with this company. They are dishonest.
