Paid $3 extra for 18 hour delivery and nothing came

I ordered clothing from this email [email protected] and paid $30.89 total. They said if I paid $3.00 more I would get 18 hour delivery. That was over 30 days ago and I still have nothing.

I paid the extra money for the fast shipping and it never showed up. No clothes, no delivery, nothing. I emailed them but I don't know what's going on with my order.

I just want my money back at this point.
