Phone call saying my coverage was ending
They threatened that if I didnt pay right there and the debtor didnt agree to my scam claim that my bank account will be garnished. When I asked how the debtor would be able to contact me to tell me if they accept claim or to provide more info they said they would call. But they didnt have nor offer to take down my real email. They didnt have my correct address. Only part of an address from 10 years ago.
Also they claimed I owed Advance America money. Nothing was ever on my credit report. They claim it could be under a different company. Nope. I called Advance america, they have no record of the debt or know of Kirkland.
