Robo call about a payday loan I never took out

I keep getting a robo voicemail from (276) 455-8034 saying to press the number shown on my caller ID to be connected with Kirkland Meyers Resolution. This isn't the first time I've gotten this message either. I never answer, my voicemail is just the standard robo greeting, and I never call back.

They've been trying to collect on a debt of almost $4,000 for a payday loan I supposedly took out in Pennsylvania in 2013. I never took out a payday loan in Pennsylvania because they're illegal there, and I didn't even live in PA in 2013. These people haven't done any research at all before trying this.

Voice mails saying call Kirkland Meyers Resolution about collection

I keep getting these voice mails from a number I already blocked. They don't actually call anymore, they just leave messages. The recording says "Please call the number shown on your caller ID now to connect to Kirkland Meyers Resolution." That's all it says.

I have no idea who they are or what they want. I got 3 voice mails in the last 2 hours. They claim to be a collection agency but I never got any real information from them. Just the same message over and over.
