Call saying they would start court proceedings over a loan

I got a call from (616) 952-6374. The person started by saying the last 4 numbers of my social, then told me they were trying to collect for a loan I took out. I told them I have never taken out a loan. Then they said they will start court proceedings.

They also gave an address in Grand Rapids, MI and an email, [email protected]. I don't know who these people are and I never took out any loan with them.
