They kept charging my card after one order
I complained numerous times and was reassured it was taken care of. Finally had to cancel my credit card after $270.00 of additional charges that i did not authorize. Plus a years worth of product. Major hassel and inconvenience.
If you use the product i would suggest using a visa gift card. The product works just not worth the hassel.
Ordered supplements and they started charging me monthly
I emailed [email protected] about it but nothing got resolved. They just keep charging me every month for something I only wanted once. There was no option to stop it when I ordered.
I just wanted to buy the supplement one time. Now I'm stuck dealing with these monthly charges I never signed up for.

I tried to figure out where this charge came from and it's from Kitty Supps. I didn't sign up for anything like that. They just took the money. I'm not sure what to do about getting it back.
Website says no subscription but they tried to charge me anyway
There is no phone number anywhere. I emailed them and tried the customer chat, never got a response from either. I already froze my card, and I'm just going to have to cancel it completely to be safe.
