Duplicate orders from Facebook ad and no refund after canceling
I've been emailing them for about a month and a half now. They told me they confirmed all subscriptions were canceled and that they were sending me a return label so I could send the product back and get a refund. But the label never comes. I have all the emails where it seems like an AI bot is just replying to me, saying the same stuff over and over. Promising a return label, promising a refund, saying subscriptions are canceled. But nothing actually happens.
I can't keep paying $100 a month for something I clearly canceled. I have proof in the emails. I just need this to stop.
Ad on Facebook took my money and never sent the product
The driver said she put it on the porch. Then she said she put it in a postal locker. Then she said she put it in the mailbox. It was never in the mailbox. I contacted them several times. No response at all. How can Facebook put these places on their site its disgusting. I lost $63.
