Kept sending products I never ordered and charged my card anyway

I ordered one product from KittySupps, just once, back in June 2026. Then in July and again in August, they sent me the exact same product without me ordering it and charged my debit card. I reached out to them to confirm I didn't have any subscriptions or autoships set up, and they said I didn't.

For the July shipment, their email mentioned that maybe I ordered it by mistake. That's just not true. I've sent them emails clearly stating I'm not ordering this stuff and that these charges are fraudulent. But they just kept sending it.

So now I guess it's just a wait and see thing for the end of this month, September. I'm out 100 dollars and I don't even know what to do next.
