KittySupps keeps charging my card for stuff I never ordered
I asked them for an address to send the product back to and they gave me fake addresses both times. So now I'm stuck with stuff I didn't want and they just keep sending more. I never authorized any of this. They took $100 from me and I can't get them to stop or give me a real place to return anything.
Ordered cat supplies, never got them, and got charged twice
Then they charged me a second time without my permission. There's no phone number to call, only an email address. They emailed back saying they "understand my frustration" but that it's not their fault the shipper failed. That doesn't help me.
I asked them to stop the shipment and refund my money, and they totally ignored that request. I'm out over $110 and have nothing to show for it.
Ordered cat supplement from KittySupps.com and never got it
Right after, I got an email saying my order would be 5 to 7 days late because they were outsourcing overseas. That directly contradicted their own website policy, which was my first red flag. I started looking into it more and found out the whole website is a scam. I even read that Amazon and Facebook were promoting their product, and it led to cats dying.
I reached out to them by email and got no response. I still haven't received any product. I sent another email saying I wanted a refund and to not send anything, but still nothing back. I lost $61. This is a serious scam.
