Phone call claiming to be Koalafi about my Ecautious.com claim
When I called a man with a heavy Indian accent answered and said he need to verify information. I verified the last 4 of my social but then he asked for my bank account number and would not transfer me without giving it. They hung up when I refused to give it.
I have now spoken to the real Koalafi as they provided a number in response to my Ecautious.com claim and they are refunding the money they took. Thank you for your assistance.
