Company keeps charging my card but nothing ever arrives

I ordered from Koda and never got any order number or confirmation number. Nothing. Then I see they keep using our card for 4 different transactions and we received nothing at all. We are working with our credit card company now. They are literally stealing money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
