Paid for an order that never came and no refund

I ordered something from kollectkorner.com back in March. Paid $140 for it. Waited and waited, figured I'd give them some time. After about 7 weeks I got an email saying orders were backed up but they would still ship mine out. Okay, fine, I kept waiting.

Then another 4 weeks go by and out of nowhere I get an email saying my order was cancelled. Just like that. No explanation, no nothing. And I definitely haven't seen any refund hit my account. The email they used was [email protected] and the address on the site is 3480 Oneida St Unit 3 in Chadwicks, NY. I've tried reaching out but haven't gotten any real answer about when or if I'm getting my money back.
