Ad on social media led to poor quality items from Konah Home

I saw an ad on social media for a product and it took me to their site, konah-home.com. Looked legit so I ordered two items. When they showed up, the quality was way off. Like, not even close to what was pictured. The material felt cheap and I honestly doubt where they were even made.

So I emailed them at [email protected] to ask about a return. First they said sale items can't be returned. I kept pushing and then they said okay, but I'd have to pay for shipping back. And the address they gave me was in China. But their business address on their site says United States. That didn't make any sense to me. I spent about $99 total and now I'm stuck with stuff I don't even want.
