Crushed pillow and no real refund from kopflo
I emailed them at [email protected] and sent 4 photos of it. They said I could either take 40% of my money back or ship the thing back to Australia in the original packaging by registered mail. But their website clearly says they have a 30-night money back guarantee. I spent $112 on this. They just hide behind being in Australia and don't stand behind their product. They shouldn't be allowed to sell here.
