Hydro Seeding order charged more than the price
I got on the phone right away to cancel it but they said they couldn't do that. So the products got delivered anyway. I called them a bunch of times and they gave me a return process to get a refund. I sent the items back and they were delivered on July 31, 2026. I've been calling and calling about my refund but nobody there can tell me when or how I'm getting my money back. The charges came from Letter Thousand in CO. Their website is korakuna.com and the address on the package was 15555 Vlley View Ave, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670.
