Ordered a litter box and never got it

I ordered a litter box on July 6, 2026, and to date I still have not received it. I had to ask for the shipping information and they told me it was delivered on July 9th. They gave me Fed Ex tracking so I looked at it. The picture shows a package on the steps at a door that is not my front door. This one is white on the outside. Mine has a glass screen door and a brown welcome mat with black lettering. There is no glass door and the step is black.

Then on 7/22/26, 8/18/26 and 8/19/26 I had additional charges from the same company for items I did not order. I don't even know what they are. They continue to take money from me. I lost about $163.34 total.
