Paid for a vibration plate and got a random charge instead

I ordered a vibration plate from their site and paid for it. Waited almost two weeks and nothing showed up. Then my bank let me know about a 29.99 charge from kovanutrition that I never approved. I didn't even know what that was for.

Had to change my card number and open a fraud case with my bank. Also had to let UPS know what was going on and even notified Spotify about it because I was worried about other charges. I live right next to the FBI center and have gotten to know a lot of the agents there so I know this is being looked into. Just a total scam, I'm out the 64 dollars and got nothing but a headache.

Ordered cat litter boxes and never got them

I ordered 2 automatic cat litter boxes from them. Paid $84.21 total. They said it would ship FedEx to my address.

Got a FedEx notification saying it was delivered but it wasn't my house. The tracking number they gave me is bogus. I called FedEx and they have no record of the shipment at all.

Tried emailing [email protected] but no reply. The address they have listed is in Pooler, GA. I just want my money back or the litter boxes. This doesn't make any sense.
