Ordered two 3D printers and the email stopped working

I ordered 2 3D printers from their site, the link was on Facebook. Paid $219.47 total. Never got any tracking number or anything. So I emailed support and they said there was some shipping issue at the warehouse and I should get it by that Friday.

Friday came and went, still nothing. I sent another email to [email protected] and now it's saying that email address don't exist no more. So basically I'm out the money and can't even get ahold of them.
