Ordered kova care product marked delivered but never showed up

I bought a kova care product from their website kovacare.shop. It said it was marked as delivered but it never showed up in my mail box. I checked with my office and they dont have it either.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. I paid 25 dollars for this and got nothing. The tracking just says delivered but I have no package. Not sure what else to do about it.
