Ordered litter boxes from Facebook ad and website went dead
I tried to cancel the subscription via their website, but received an email saying my tracking link would be available in a few days. I waited the few days because I really wanted these litter boxes, and I still would be within the 14-day trial. Now when I go to the site, not only is there no tracking information, the website is no longer active at all.
I am sending an email (most likely in vain) to cancel the subscription so I at least have record of doing so. I will need to take this up with my credit card company.
