Online order never came but they say I signed for it

I saw the product recommended online so I made the purchase. The purchase never came. I reached out to the company support and checked the tracking number multiple times. It kept showing it was in New Jersey and I live in Kentucky. When I told the company this they kept telling me they would reach out to the carrier and to please be patient.

After two months of dealing with this I filed a complaint with my bank that I never received the product. Then four months after never receiving the product the company emailed me telling me that I received the product and I signed for the product. They said they got notification that I filed for a payment replacement through my bank and they are demanding payment or for me to send the product back.

I still have never received the product. The tracking still shows the product never arrived. At this point they are just hassling me.
