Trying to cancel krop.com but nobody will answer

I've been trying to cancel my account with krop.com and I can't get through to them at all. I tried contacting them numerous times to get a password reset so I can cancel. I've tried their support email and NO ONE has contacted me back.

They take $50 out of my bank account every month and I want to cancel. They said I can cancel anytime but I can't get in contact with them to cancel. Also there is no phone number to contact them directly.

So I'm stuck paying $50 a month for something I can't even cancel. That's $150 so far.
