Ordered one pain relief product and got charged for six
What showed up was a quantity of six, and I got billed for six. That's not what I ordered at all. The product didn't match what was described on the website either.
I sent the product back and asked for a refund. They refused to refund me for the returned product, and they won't cover the USPS return shipping cost either. I'm out $240 total. I've tried dealing with them at (833) 490-0601 and through their site kvwellnessgroup.com but nothing has worked.
