Charged extra after buying one item from kyliebloom

I bought one item from kyliebloom.com and the confirmation email clearly said one item purchased. I never signed up for any subscription at all. Then I never even got the item, and they charged me $49.95 extra on top of it. I tried reaching out to [email protected] and got no response at all.
