Ordered from scam link and now stuck with product

I ordered something from an ad that popped up on my phone. After I placed the order I found out from the real company that the link was a scam link. I tried emailing them and told them I wanted a return label because I was going to send the product back. They never responded.

There is no phone number to contact them. After I placed the order the ad never came back. I received the product today. I do not know how to return it or get a refund. The email they used was [email protected] and the address on the shipping label is 415S 7th Avenue, Rowland Heights, CA 91748.
