Order never showed up and they won't refund me

I ordered from this company and never got my order. I contacted them asking for a refund and they won't give me one. The tracking they gave me is false. I called my post office and they told me the tracking info isn't correct and the package isn't at the post office or in my PO Box like the tracking said.

They keep arguing with me that my order was delivered. I showed them proof that it was not delivered to my PO Box. All I want is my money back. They also gave a New Mexico address saying it's in the US but the merchandise comes from China so they lied about that too. They promise your order in 5 to 15 days and it's been way longer than that.
