Voicemail about wage garnishment with no company name

I got a voicemail from someone named Karen Smith saying she’s from Lakeside Group Services. She said this message was intended for me and it’s about a financial complaint. She said as of this morning, they’re processing to garnish 35 to 40% of my income and any land or property under my Social Security number.

She said I have 24 hours to call back before any procedure is set against me. The number she left was 863-485-3800. But she never said who they actually represent or what company I supposedly owe. So if I’ve been officially notified, why don’t I know who is suing me? It just doesn’t make sense.

Someone called about a loan I never took out and had all my info

This company called me and they had all my information, I mean my full social security number and everything. They said I had an online loan that I needed to pay.

So I made the first payment to them, $102. Then I asked them for the creditor's information because something felt off. I called the company they claimed I owed money to and that company said I did not have any loan with them at all. So I got scammed out of my money by these people. Their phone number is (910) 302-3638 and they have a website lakesidegroupservices.com and an email [email protected] from Charlotte, NC.

Call saying a locator was sent to my address

Got a call from 412-467-6966. Some guy named Felix Hutson from Lakeside Group Services said "important procedures are taking place" and that a locator has been dispatched to 1000 Grant Ave. He gave a phone number 656-237-3147.

He said I have a legal right to fix something before I get served. If not, I will be served. Didn't say what it was about or who I owed. Felt like a debt collection scam but I'm not sure.

No money lost because I didn't call back. Just wanted to report it.

Getting threatening calls about a debt I don't owe

I've been getting calls from a company called LAKESIDE GROUP SERVICES. The calls are harassing and threatening, demanding I pay a debt I have no knowledge of. They wouldn't even say they were a debt collector, they called themselves a mediation group.

I asked them multiple times to send me a debt validation letter. They told me they "cannot provide any paperwork at the present time because it would be against the law." That's when I knew something was really off. It felt like a scam to get my personal information.

The number they called from is (724) 216-9289. They also have a website, lakesidercv.com, and an email, [email protected]. I didn't give them any info or money, but anyone who gets a call from them should be very careful.
