Ordered from Lamate Jewelry and package never came

I placed an order on Aug 7 with Lamate Jewelry, order number #8007, for $89. Their tracking system showed it as delivered on August 12 through Wanbang Express, but I never got anything. No package, no note, nothing. There was no delivery attempt at my house that I could see.

The website doesn't list any customer service phone number. I tried to find a way to contact someone on the site but couldn't get through. I emailed them on Aug 14 asking for proof of delivery or a reshipment or a refund. No reply so far.

I'm writing this out to keep a record of what happened and to let others know. I also already filed a dispute with my payment provider to try and get the money back. I just want my $89 back or the item delivered with actual proof it was left at my address.
