Ordered a product that seems too good to be true

I saw the ad and all the testimonials and it really looked like a legit product, so I went ahead and ordered it. I still haven't gotten it yet. In the meantime I was talking to a 30 year electrician about the thing and he straight up told me it was impossible to do what they were claiming for that price.

So I called Ecautious.com to see if anyone had posted negative reports about them. Yeah, there were a bunch. Most of the comments were about no communication from the vendor, no refunds, and people never getting their product. Now I'm not even sure I want the thing anymore. I did call the Stopwatt support group who stands behind their product, but I haven't been scammed yet, I just feel like it's coming.
