Ordered something I saw online and then they went quiet

I saw an ad for something online and liked it so I ordered it. Got a message saying my order shipped. After that nothing. They took the money out of my account the same day I ordered.

The charge shows up as Bill payment 622127100009 Damour inc Lanjoonar.com MT. That's all I have to go on. No updates, no product, no reply.

It's not a lot of money, only about $35, but it's still disappointing.
